Dr. Genevieve Williamson is an ABPN-certified General Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.  She offers emotional, behavioral and cognitive health care, including developmentally informed and person- and family-centered evaluations as well as psychosocial and psychopharmacological recommendations and treatment.

Dr. Williamson sees patients in-person at her office in Santa Fe, NM and via telehealth in Vermont.

A particular area of interest is Open Dialogue/Collaborative Network treatment approaches, which value dialogue among treatment providers; participation in care of family and social network; emphasis on the present moment; the importance of multiple viewpoints and perspectives; relational focus; response to problem behavior in a matter-of-fact style with attention to meaning; transparency; and tolerating uncertainty.

Dr. Williamson is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. She received her Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She holds American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certifications in General Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. Williamson is a Fellow at the American Psychiatric Association.
